There are so many great places to eat in Vail. These are just a few of the restaurants we enjoy and recommend:The Saloon in Minturn - The Saloon is the Vail Valley's most historic restaurant. A GREAT place for Mexican food after a day of skiing.
Located in the old railroad and mining town of Minturn, the Saloon's building dates back to 1901. Just seven miles
from both Vail and Beaver Creek, the Saloon is known for its great Mexican food and its fun and informal atmosphere.Ristorante Ti Amo - Ristorante Ti Amo is located between Minturn and Avon, about a 5 minute drive from Vail Village. The trip is definitely
worth it, the food is some of the best authentic Italian I have ever had. The place for Italian food after a day of skiing.
This is the restaurant we had dinner the night we got engaged.Chart House Restaurant - Place to get a steak and fresh seafood. Good idea to call ahead. (970) 476-1525.
Cucina Rustica - If you want to stay in Vail Village for some great Italian. For the finest Italian-inspired cuisine, and a taste of Vail's best kept
secret, enjoy Cucina Rustica. Located just seconds away from the Vista Bahn ski lift, the Cucina Rustica is home to the Vail
Valley's most extensive Italian Wine List. Located in the Lodge at Vail.Mantauk Seafood Grill - The freshest seafood in Vail. The Vail Daily Reader's Poll #1 Seafood Restaurant eight years in a row, and a top pick in
the Rocky Mountain Zagat Survey. It's been honored with the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence. Montauk is located
in Lionshead Village, Vail. We are smoke free and family friendly. Dinner is served nightly and reservations are suggested. The Wildflower - One of our favorites. Located in the Lodge at Vail. The Wildflower's menu is an eclectic array of creative American cuisine
prepared with the finest in produce, seafood and meat. The Wildflower restaurant has been featured in the Zagat Survey as
"the number one restaurant in Vail" as well as one of the "top 10 restaurants in Colorado." The Wildflower at The Lodge at
Vail has been a long-standing favorite among locals and travelers to the Rocky Mountains. The Tyrolean - Just off the beaten path along Gore Creek sits a timeline of cuisine in the valley. As Vail was coming into its own in 1972, so too,
was the Tyrolean Restaurant. Owned and operated for thirty years by two generations of the Langegger family, this staple of
Vail's Austrian roots is giving European tradition a mountain infusion.Sweet Basil - Probably the best restaurant I have been to in Vail. A contemporary American bistro located in the Vail Village known for dazzling
and creative food, Sweet Basil has received both Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” and the DiRoNa’s award for the past six
years. Executive Chef Bruce Yim was recently named one of “American’s Best Regional Chefs” by the prestigious James Beard House.Terra Bistro - For those with health minded cuisine. The menu combines the best of the East and West featuring on of the best champagne lists in
the country. Sometimes referred to as haute health cuisine, the restaurant uses free-range meat and poultry and organic products from
local farmers as often as possible.Up The Creek Bar & Grill - Reasonably priced casual creekside restaurant. Up the Creek Bar and Grill is located below the Children's Fountain, next
to the scenic Gore Creek. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Up the Creek serves healthy, creative dishes, specializing in
fresh fish. Recommended by Travel and Leisure and the New York Times, Up the Creek offers pasta, steaks and wild
game in a friendly, casual setting. The wine list offers selections from many well-known producers as well as hard to
find boutique wineries.Siamese Orchid - For those of you who like good Thai food. Vail's only Thai eatery with an authentic potpourri of dishes and a complete vegetarian
menu. Located at 12 S Frontage & Vail Rd, right in Vail..
